 1 avocado [medium]
 ¼ cup chopped tomato
 ¼ cup chopped onion
 ½ tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
 few sprigs of chopped cilantro [optional]

Mash 1 ripe avocado in a bowl with a fork.


Add/mix chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, and fresh squeezed lime juice.
