Classic “Feta”

 1 cup Cashews
 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
 1 tbsp Onion Powder
 ½ tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos

Place cashews in a food processor and process until it is very fine but still a little crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined.

Serve over food as crumbled "feta", or press into cubes for a classic "feta" cube look!
