Coconut Bacon

OMG. I can't handle this recipe... it's crunchy, crispy, spicy, and sweet all rolled into one. Great on tofu scramble, salads, wraps. Amazing.

 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
 1 tbsp water
 2 tsp coconut aminos
 2 tsp plant-based Worcestershire sauce [I use Edward & Sons brand]
 ½ tsp liquid aminos
 ¼ tsp smoked paprika [more for more spice]
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 1 dash black pepper
 1 dash chipotle powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and coat well.

Cook in a pan on the stovetop on low-medium heat, stirring frequently. The coconut bacon will crisp the longer you leave it in... I love it crispy!

Be careful not to burn.
