Date Paste

Date Paste is a weekly staple. I make a batch of it every week and use it whenever I need to sweeten a recipe!
I use this in sauces, dressings, curries, tea, and desserts <3

 1 cup pitted Medjool Dates
 ¾ cup Water

Soak dates in water for 30 minutes [if you have a Vitamix or NutriBullet, skip this step].

Place soaked dates and water in a blend on high until smooth [adjust the water amount depending on how powerful your blender is]!

*Choosing the best Medjool dates: In general, the softer, the sweeter!!
