French Toast

No eggs or dairy milk needed here! Loving this French Toast recipe for comfort food favorites!

Batter
 3 super ripe bananas [very spotted or all dark brown]
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp flax seeds
 4 tbsp unsweetened plant milk [I like soy]
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Bread
 7 to 8 pieces of whole sprouted grain bread

Combine batter ingredients and blend well. It will be sticky-gooey.

Pour batter in a shallow dish.

Evenly coat bread and cook on low to medium heat for a few minutes. It's important to not have the temperature too high.

Once the first side is cooked fully, you'll be use a flipper to separate from the pan and and flip.
