Fruit Salad

 2 Medjool Dates, pitted
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 4 tbsp freshly squeezed Orange Juice [about 1 medium orange]
 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed
Fruit
 3 Apples, chopped
 2 cups Blueberries
 2 cups other Berries or Fruit of choice
 4 ripe Kiwi, sliced

If you are using apples, bananas, or fruit that browns quickly, mix lemon juice and orange juice together and toss with these fruits. Let sit for ten minutes, then drain remaining citrus into your blender.

Blend dressing ingredients.

Mix fruit and dressing in a large bowl over. Mix well!

*Note: any fruit can be substituted and used in this recipe. Choose fruits that you love! Top over oatmeal, salads, pancakes, blend into smoothies, or eat straight up!
