1. Heat a soup pan on medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add the onion and mushroom and sautee for 5 minutes. Add a splash of vegetable broth if they begin to stick.
3. Add broth, water, dill, and paprika and simmer on medium low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the stove and add mustard powder, nutritional yeast, and kale.
5. Mix well and allow the kale to wilt for 5 minutes.
6. Top with parsley and serve warm!
