 2 frozen bananas
 1 large handful spinach [fresh or frozen]
 ¼ cup cooked red lentils [or chickpeas or white beans]
 ¼ cup unsweetened plant milk [soy, almond, cashew, etc.]
 1 ¼ cups water [more if needed to reach desired consistency]
 1 or 2 pitted medjool date [or 2-4 deglet noor dates]
 1 tsp ground flax seed
 ½ to 1 tsp maca root powder
 1 tsp unsweetened matcha green tea powder
 1 tbsp cacaco powder
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 drop almond extract, optional
