Mason Jar Oats

Breakfast is ready! Talk about an easy way to prep your morning meal. 

Just start off with a 16 oz mason jar [preferably with wide mouth] or some other similar jar/container, add all the ingredients and let set for 2-12 hours. What's easier than that?

Feel free to play around with the ingredients to your liking. There are endless combinations to play with. 

 Whole rolled oats
 Bananas
 Blueberries [or other fresh fruit]
 Ground flax seed or chia seeds
 Cinnamon
 Unsweetened plant-based milk

Layer all of your favorite ingredients [raw].

Let soak in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
