Nacho Cheese Sauce

We absolutely love this nacho cheese with baked sweet potato wedges! So good.

 ½ cup raw cashews
 ½ cup cooked white beans
 ½ cup water
 ½ cup nutritional yeast
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice [between ¼ - ½ lemon]
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 3 cloves garlic
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ - ¾ teaspoon paprika [more for more spicy nacho cheese]
 ½ - ¾ teaspoon chili powder [more for more spicy nacho cheese]
 Pinch of ground turmeric
 Pinch of ground cayenne pepper, [optional]
 Black pepper to taste, [optional]

In a Nutribullet or other high powered food processor, combine the following ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
