Sumac Spiked Hummus

 2 cans Chickpeas [no salt added or low sodium]
 6 tbsp Lemon Juice
 6 cloves Garlic
 ½ cup Water
 ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
 2 tbsp ground Coriander
 1 tbsp Sumac [you can omit if you cannot find]
 1 tsp ground Cumin

1. Place all ingredients except scallions in a food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Dust with a generous pinch of sumac for decoration!

Serve with toasted pita slices, tortillas, or chopped veggies [carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, cucumber, etc]
