Sweet and Spicy Southwest Dressing

YE-HAW!!! Ok, let's eat...

 ¾ cup salsa of your choice [I used my mom's homemade organic salsa, medium heat]
 6 oz tofu [about 3/4 cup]
  cup chopped pineapple [or less if you want it not-as-sweet]
 2 tsp nutritional yeast [unfortified]
 1 tsp ground cumin
 Top with red pepper flakes, Mrs. Dash's Southwest Chipotle salt-free seasoning blend, or other salt-free blend]

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. You may also choose to leave out the salsa when blending the ingredients and then hand-stir it in afterwards.
