We LOVE balsamic... just about as much as easy to make hummus recipes!
Pour lemon juice, balsamic, and water into high powered blender. [I find it works best to add the liquid and spices to the blender first so it blends well]
Add chickpeas and sweet potatoes.
Blend until desired texture.
Scoop out and top with sprinkled sesame seeds for show... and for health. ;)
