DELIGHTFUL.

1 - 1.5 frozen bananas
2 tbsp unsweetened plant-based milk [soy, almond, cashew, etc.]
2 tbsp pecans [raw + unsalted]
1 pitted medjool date [or 2 deglet noor dates]
1 drop vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in high powered food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Be careful not to over-blend or it'll turn into a smoothie.
