Super refreshing, and a great summer go-to! To make it more of a smoothie, add ice to the blender ingredients instead of pouring over ice.
3 cups fresh watermelon cubes
½ cup frozen cherries or frozen blueberries
juice from 1/4 lime
a few fresh mint leaves
1 large handful spinach

Add ingredients to high powered blender and blend.
